Harmar’s AL-435T Tailgater Lift, with motorized rotation, powered boom extension, offset geometry, and an increased lifting capacity, can lift a power chair or scooter from the vehicle cargo area and position it beyond the lowered tailgate, or on the sidewalk next to your vehicle. It is engineered with versatile power extension to safely load mobility units from the sidewalk or over a 24″ tailgate into the truck bed. It is ideal for pickup trucks where a power wheelchair or scooter needs to be loaded or unloaded from the curbside or any custom area. Its adjustable limit switches automatically in order to stop rotation and prevent any contact with your vehicle. Variable column height, arm adjustments and an adjustable base ensures that custom fit. “Action Base” is a patent pending design that provides a full 180 degree of adjustment on the lift base mounting legs, as well as a low profile leg base design that provides greater clearance when loading personal mobility vehicles in to the cargo area (available for passenger side only).
