The Roadster 3 offers excellent maneuverability and stores easily with an auto latching lockup design. Equipped with a simple, easy to read dashboard and a non-slip foot mat for extra stability. Tiller angle adjustable for ergonomic driving position and easy on and off. Loop tiller with throttle lever to maneuver easily with palm or finger. Comes with a detachable battery pack with built in charging port and a large plastic basket to hold personal items. Has a high ground clearance of 5 cm and easily disassembles into 5 pieces. Features an adjustable seat, flip-back armrests that are height and width adjustable, and an angle adjustable tiller. Extra charging port under dashboard for easy plug in. No tools needed for set-up.

Merits Health Products, Inc. provides the following warranty for your scooter:
  • The main frame is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime expectancy of the scooter, which is 5 years.
  • For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will, at their discretion and free of charge, replace the following parts if found to have defects in material or workmanship upon examination by an authorized representative: electronic controllers, harnesses, chargers, and motors. Please note that labor charges for installation or repair of these parts, as well as any freight charges, are not covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover plastic shrouds, tires, seating, upholstery/armpads, and bulbs.
  • To have parts repaired or replaced under warranty, you must obtain authorization from an authorized dealer and return the part(s) fully insured with prepaid freight within the specified warranty period. Labor charges for installation or repair, as well as any freight charges, are not included in the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover parts that have been damaged due to improper installation or repair, neglect, accident, misuse, or alteration by an unauthorized agency.
Please take note of the following conditions:
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to this item.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories and items originally included in the box must be returned.
  • If you cancel an order after the product has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
  • Refunds do not include delivery and service fees.
  • To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) from Mobility Maxx within 10 business days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address specified on the RA within 15 business days.
  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus any applicable restocking and freight fees.
