Its double embossed vinyl upholstery is durable, lightweight, attractive and easy to clean. Its standard, dual axle provides an easy transition of seat to hemi-level. Comes with standard, chrome hand rims and sealed, precision bearings that require no maintenance. Its urethane tires are mounted on composite wheels to provide durability.
