Return Policy

Not satisfied with your order? No need to worry.

At MobilityMaxx, we strive to ensure that you obtain the right product to cater to you. We offer a variety of return options to suit your needs.

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If it is the incorrect product or damaged in any way, please refuse the delivery. If your item is incorrect and was delivered without a signature, please call Mobility Maxx Customer Service. (number)

Returns of defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all factory packed accessories within 10 days. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing accessories or parts.

Returns of non-defective merchandise must be returned unused, in the original packaging within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of purchase.

Special order merchandise and bath/safety equipment may not be returned. Bath and safety items cannot be returned due to health reasons. Car lift installs and lift chairs are considered special orders along with any product that has any special handling associated with it. For example, moving a tiller or hand control on a power chair or scooter. Customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means that payment was made.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in its original packaging. The item must be new and unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tired, pet hair, dirt, wear to the seat or armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, scratches on remotes, etc…

All accessories and chargers included in the product’s box must be returned. Accessories that are not included in the box and purchased separately do not have to be returned as part of a power chair return.

Unfortunately, delivery service fees such as, Next-Day and Overnight, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are non-refundable.

Listed are products that are custom-made by the manufacturer and are non-refundable:

  • Ultralightweight wheelchairs
  • Sport wheelchairs
  • Handcycles
  • Custom-built lift chairs including those with upgraded fabrics, heat & massage, Power pillow, footrest extension, or left-had control options
  • Some scooters and power chairs with custom add-ons
  • Vehicle lifts that have been installed (once installation is signed off on)
  • Open-box items

Some products require a 15-25% restocking fee for returns:

Pride, Golden, and Drive brand scooters require a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise noted on the individual products’ page.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including those to the customer and the returning of the product to the location specified. Product must be returned more than 10 days after the return authorization number is issued.

Customer will pay a 15-25% re-stocking fee for all returned merchandise other than damaged or defective products.

Prior authorization is required by Mobility Maxx Inc., in order for you to return your product. Please call (number) so that we may issue you a return authorization number. This number must be on the outside of your package.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after the item has been shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept the delivery, obtain the Return Authorization number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Credits

Once we receive your return, a credit will be issued to the payment type used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued. If you paid by check or money order, that will be issued back within 30 days.
