The Converter Wheelchair is an ultra-strong, lightweight unit that is able to easily convert from a transport chair to a self-propelled wheelchair. Equipped with a durable, aluminum frame and quick release rear wheels, this unit ensures maximum safety for the user. It comes with two sets of brakes: one for the use of a wheelchair and one for the use of a transport chair. Standard features include flip-up height adjustable arms with padded armrests, a fold-down back for easy storage and transport, anti-tippers, swing-away, a tool-free adjustable-height footrest with composite footplates and heel loops, and a variety of optional add on features.
